Residence rules

A concise guide for considerate, safe and comfortable living in the complex.

In the buildings

  • Hold the entrance door until it is fully closed and do not let it slam. Do not leave personal belongings in corridors, stairwells or by lifts.
  • Keep shared areas clean and observe quiet time after 22:00. Owners are responsible for their tenants’ compliance with the rules.

Pools and SPA

  • Shower before entering the water and wear swimwear.
  • Food, alcohol, glass, thermoses and opaque cups are not allowed near water.
  • Children must stay with an adult near water.

For young children

  • The complex has an outdoor play area, a children’s pool zone and a play room.
  • Young children use these areas with an adult. Take toys and personal belongings with you after playing.
  • Do not play in corridors, by lifts or on stairs.

Sport and shared spaces

  • Book facilities in advance and finish on time.
  • Do not leave bicycles, prams, shoes or other belongings in passageways.
  • Use marked parking spaces, keep access clear and clean up after pets.

  • Do not feed stray dogs or leave food in shared areas.
  • Walk pets responsibly and clean up after them immediately.
  • Do not throw cigarette ends from balconies or smoke in enclosed shared areas.
